Advertisers without approved credit with the Pacific Palisades
Post must provide full payment when placing advertising. MasterCard
or Visa are accepted. Credit applications are available.

| 2. |
Accounts with approved credit are
billed monthly and are payable in full on or before the 25th
of the month. 1-1/2 percent per month service charge will be
added to all outstanding accounts. |

| 3. |
Cancellation must be received by
9 a.m. on the Friday prior to the publication date. |
| |
| 4. |
No position is guaranteed. Guaranteed
position is an additional 15% of the cost of the ad with a
10" ad minimum. No exceptions. |

| 5. |
Advertising ordered, typeset and
cancelled by the advertiser before publication, will be charged
at $65.00 per hour for composition. Ads set and not published
within three weeks will be cancelled and charged at $65.00 per
hour for composition. |

| 6. |
Proof alterations which represent
substantial changes from the original layout will be charged
at $65.00 per hour. |
| |
| 7. |
Display advertising set to resemble
reading matter will be labeled "Paid Advertisement." |
| |
| 8. |
The Pacific Palisades Post is liable
for errors in advertisements only when it fails to correct errors
plainly marked by the advertiser on a proof returned by the
deadline of Friday at 3 p.m. preceding week of publication,
and then its liability shall not exceed the cost of the ad for
a critical error, or, for a minor error, a portion of that cost.

Pacific Palisades Post reserves
the right to reject any form of advertising. |

| 10. |
We reserve the right to amend all
rates, including contracts, with a 30 day notice in writing.

The Pacific Palisades Post accepts two
inserts per week on a first-come basis. A $100 non-refundable
deposit is required when order is placed. Deadline for
copy is two weeks prior to the publication date.
Inserts must have printed "Supplement
to the Palisadian-Post" to comply with the U.S. Postal
Service regulations.

Political advertisers publish at the open
rate. Federal and state regulations apply. Advertising
placed by a committee must contain the names of two
committee officers.
Political advertisers must include "paid
for by (name)".
The following must accompany copy:

Cash or certified check. |

Certification of candidate
- this applies to all congressional and presidential
candidates. |

| 3. |
Indemnification. If
sponsors are listed for candidates or initiatives,
the advertiser must sign an indemnification which
holds the Pacific Palisades Post harmless and blameless
in the event that any of the sponsors listed have
not in fact consented to the use of their names. |

Each ad must contain
the name of the sponsoring committee, the names
of the chairman and treasurer. |

| 5. |
The words "Paid Political
Advertisement" will appear at the top of each ad. |
